Curricular and Extra-curricular Participation
The Johnston High School Vocal Music Department will never deny a student participation on the basis of parental inability to pay any associated fees.
The Vocal Parents Association is pleased to be able to help provide financial assistance on an as-needed and as-available basis to students who qualify. Requests for and decisions about financial aid will be kept confidential between the choir directors and the treasurer of the Vocal Music Parents' Association.

Special Program Scholarships
Students are encouraged to pursue the wide array of musical opportunities beyond those offered through the Johnston Community School District. Often times these valuable experiences require additional financial commitments.
The Vocal Parents Association offers scholarships to students who apply for assistance. A student must not necessarily demonstrate financial need to receive funding.
